I have bought from clicks online numerous times, this time has made me realize that I will never spent any money with them ever again.

their courier RAM hand to hand couriers, are absolutely useless, and phoning clicks to help find out what is happening with my delivery is just as useless.

clicks expedites to the online department and nothing happens. I have almost R4000 worth of goods floating around, and nobody can tell me where this is. they promise delivery to jhb within 2-3 work days, it is now 7 days since I placed my order. RAM doesn't even answer their phones or whatsapp channel messages.
