Clicks online and pick up

I thought ordering and paying for products online will save me time and money. The first time I selected Clicks at the Checkers mall-they made me wait so long I decided to not order online again. A year later I decided to try the other branch. I waited so long for someone to fetch my parcel today at the Clicks Village mall that I left the store, I went a second time and waited longer than 30 minutes to collect the parcel-I could have just as well bought the products myself and stood in line: that would have been faster. There is always an excuse regarding phone lines etc.
