Clicks Online (Amalinda) East London

I ordered a flask online since they don't have them in any brunch close to me, they delivered and I received it. 2 weeks after I got it, the top sealer just broke Into pieces without it falling or anything happening to it. I returned it to Clicks Amalinda and they told me they don't have any flasks to replace the one I bought and I must have a slip of which I don't I only have the proop of payment from the online purchase. They took my number and said they will come back to me, it's been a full week and they haven't. I called them on Monday and they said the online people are not answering thier phones. I'm getting irritated because now time is running out and I told them they must give me my money back if they can't exchange for another flask.

Please let this message reach the relevant people so my issue can be resolved before time passes.
