Clicks Online absolute *******

Having an absolute nightmare with Clicks online. I used the online service in the first place to order a product I can never find in stock in store. I should have received my delivery a week ago through express delivery. It's now one week later, despite multiple calls and conversations they are incapable of delivery a package in the very same city. If I knew where the warehouse was it would honestly have been less hassle for me to collect it myself. To be fair the contact centre agents are very polite and professional but repeat the same script and are totally restricted by ridiculous processes, they clearly work in silos where one hand doesn't talk to the other. Will be moving to Dischem in future as this has totally put me off buying anything from Clicks. Will be lodging a formal complaint if I have to talk to someone again tomorrow because of non delivery. Sort it out.
