This has been the worst online shopping experience of my life. I placed an order with Clicks, and not only was it never delivered, but no one seems to know what’s going on.

25 Jun 2025, 14:29If you want and value peace, don’t ever use Clicks online. This has been a complete nightmare. I placed an order, paid for it, and – still nothing. No delivery, no proper communication, and worst of all, no one can give me a straight answer.
Their customer service is useless, and you’ll be passed around endlessly with zero resolution. I’ve wasted my time, my energy, and my money, and I’m still left in the dark.
Honestly, Clicks doesn’t care. They’re quick to take your money but completely incapable of delivering the service they promise.
