Clicks online

I placed an order on Clicks online on the 26th October 2021, immediately money was deducted from my account. up to now the status still says Processing. I sent a complained still waiting for an answer. called them twice and the people I spoke to don't even have answers. they are clueless asked them why am I still on processing they don't know, when will my order be delivered still they don't know. How long should I wait cause obviously you order things that you need. I am actually beyond annoyed.
