Clicks online

I placed and ordered for collection on Clicks online on the 23 March and todate (29 March) I have not received any communication from them since they confirmed my order. Accroding to the website, my order was suppose to be ready after 3 days, nowhere did they mention delivery delays. Contacted them to cancel the order because I ended up going to the store, I was told I cant cancel the order becuase its already out for delivery. Clicks please stop desiving your customers and put the correct delivery date.
