Clicks Online

Clicks online service is a joke...I have ordered twice on this site and both times were significantly over the 1-3 days collect in store option. I couldnt get into the site as it was saying incorrect password, although I know its correct , so did the reset function and that also failed . Eventually for no reason it let me in !.. I have to return incorrect items and it asks for the original invoice..nothing in the parcel...no invoice to print only the original order..this is NOT an invoice ?.. If they cant get this site correct then discontinue it. Whilst waiting for the parcel there waa quite a disgruntled worker talking in a very loud voice informing everyone she was the training manager and will be obeyed !..mmm...not the correct procedure for any staff member let alone a training manager. !. Not impressed...oh and very slow !
