CLICKS ON LINE IS *******

I am so furious with Clicks on-line. I wanted to order a decent quality Oximeter yesterday, for a Covid patient, and Clicks had one at R1999 each. The local store do not keep stock of these. I phoned Customer care responsible for On-line orders and confirmed that if I ordered this, I would definitely receive it, and not be told that they are out of stock. The lady confirmed that if I was able to complete the order and pay for it, it was guaranteed that I would receive it. I phoned her again today, and asked why my order has not been despatched and she told me that there is nothing that can be done until 3 full working days have past, but that it is guaranteed that I will receive the order. What lies! I have now received an email saying that there is no stock and that if I want my money back to the method of payment used, it will take 14 - 17 working days! What ******* - this is actually theft and misrepresentation. I am so furious
