Clicks Olympus Village

I visited Clicks Olympus Village Pretoria today. Unfortunately, for the second time now I was served by Gugu Phaahla. She was rude to me the first time I encountered her and again today. I was in-front of the standing in the queue and her and her colleague were having a nice long conversation. I waited to be called by one of them, that did not happen. I then walked up to Gugu Phaahla’s till and greeted. She did not respond as she was still having a conversation with her colleague. She goes on to scan my goods and I ask for a plastic packet, she does not acknowledge that so I ask again, still she’s having a conversation with her colleague. As she is about to complete scanning my goods, I ask for a packet again and she rep**** with such an awful attitude and says “I heard you.” I then pay for my goods and she puts the plastic packet on the counter. As I walked away she said something under her breath, I don’t know what she said but I know it was directed at me. She continued her conversation as I walked away. I’m really disappointed by her attitude and bad customer service.
