Clicks Olympus Refuses warranties

I purchased a speaker at clicks and today was refused a warranty! They are absolutely pathetic with the reasons as to why the warranty was turned down. According to them purchasing a musica charching cable for a musica speaker is breaking policy and therefore i can not get a warranty. But when i was in the store to purchase a new cable when my original broke i was told they dont sell it! And now today i was told i cant get a warranty on a faulty product cause i didnt purchase a new cable from them. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!! Now i know not to waste my money and pay a bit more from stores like clicks to get a warranty on a product and will rather go buy china mall goods cause atleast i know i wont get a warranty instead of being told by arrogant idiots that intimidated me to the extent that i felt uncomfortable and walked out that i will not get a warranty.
