Clicks Olivedale de*****ing Discovery Health

Clicks store in Olivedale, Randburg has been automatically billing my Discovery administered medical aid scheme on a monthly basis since late last year but not delivering my chronic medication. When I physically go to the store to collect the meds, the store staff are never able to find it pre-packed and stored somewhere. This to me amounts to ********** behaviour by Clicks stores for billing my medical aid scheme but not providing me with the product that they've billed for. I will be providing the details to Discovery Health for investigation.
