CLICKS OBSERVATORY BAD SERVICE, RUDE MANAGER!!!!!!

For the last two days I've been trying to get my pre-scription in Clicks Observatory but everytime i go there they closed cause of loadshedding or they not opening cause the pharmacist isnt in, and the manager on duty was so rude not only to myself but to the other people waiting for them to open this is the first time i have seen a clicks that wasnt open during loadshedding, I'm highly upset and disappointed with this as it now been two days with out my chronic medication
