Clicks Oakfields really bad Information sharing and poor service with Covid vaccination Centre

My mother of 85 had her 1st covid vaccine at clicks Oakfield. Now it is time for her 2nd vaccine. I was assured I could bring her to their vaccine site for the 2nd shot. I have twice been to the shop to try to confirm this. No one could give me information. Eventually today was told that I must make an appt on the app. The app is so useless, trying to have a Otp sent is futile. Phoning customer care is futile the phone is picked up and put down. Disgusting service Clicks Oakfield!!!! And disgusting service Clicks support!!
