Clicks not so "online"

So much for the convenience of online shopping. I placed an order on the 3rd of August 2026, followed up several times on line, and kept getting the "processing" feedback. On calling their customer services line, I was told there was no stock (which they had not bothered to communicate to me previously). I requested a refund to which they said they would have to email me. To date no email.... Called again and was told that they had taken down the wrong email address and would email me again. It's now the 25th and still nothing - really disappointing and frustrating. Clicks online is a pointless option if you are wanting convenience and reliability.
