Clicks Not Recording Transactions

I buy from Clicks often. I noticed I haven't been getting any Discovery benefits from it. I was then told by Discovery that Clicks stated that they have no history of my transaction. So I've been purchasing medication from Clicks for no benefit. I could rather go to Dischem
