Clicks not reachable to lodge complaint 1 week now

I tried to reach clicks to lodge complaint since last week but ots seems to be a huge challenge for me.The customer service line keeps redirecting me to a dead end and I find it strange that customer service no longer seems to exist here .

I'm still trying to deal with the incident of a rude manager and I can now see why a member of management would be bold enough to be that rude.

I give up .
