CLICKS NOT PROVIDING PAID FOR PRODUCT

I merely gave Clicks one star because the site does not allow me to give them none prior to entering my review. I bought and paid much- needed hand sanitizer from their online store on 28 March, which I would`ve picked up in-store once they sent me an indication that it was ready for pick-up. To this day I have not received the product and my order still shows in progress when I log in to their online shopping site although I have made inquiries about it` s whereabouts via email. They also did not respond to my email. What is even stranger, is that the product was available in store last time I visited (last week) so I do not understand why I have not received mine yet.
