Clicks not listening to customer feedback.

I am colourblind. I battle to read the labels on clicks brand medicines. I tried to tell clicks that their colour scheme does not work for colourblind people. I sent them a photo example of a product. They say they cannot proceed until I supply all kinds of unneccessary info about product,batch no,,etc. HOW STUPID ARE THEY. Just ask any sight impaired person to look at the label and they will confirm. If their development dept is too stupid to understand colour problems, I volunteer to assist them. On medicines THIS CAN BE A SERIOUS PROBLEM.
