Clicks not delivering orders

Iam very disappointed at Clicks since i placed an order on the 15th of June and i still have not recieved my order even today. They dont communicate with me, dont update me about my order and i cant even track it... I send them emails, i call them. The always say they will check and call me back and they never do, im the one who calls all the time they put me on hold for soo long sometimes hung up on me.ive asked them to send me my money back so that i can go to the shop and those things, they told me that they cant give me back my money if i want my money back i must return the things i ordered to the nearest clicks.the same things am still waiting for that i have not recieved, the same things i am complaining to them about. I cannot wait any longer because they are important things i need for my new born baby and my toiletries..i dont know what to its close to a month now and im spending so much airtime on this people who always put me on hold for soo long and promise they will call back but never do.. This is unprofessional
