Clicks not clicking

Placed an order on Clicks online platform, order was received at 10am. I’m writing this review at 13:45 and the status of my order is still processing, 3 hours later. I am unsure of what their SLAs are but this is unacceptable, I have things to do than to wait for an order I have absolutely no line of sight for it’s arrival. This is ridiculous customer service.
