Clicks - NOT a Pharmacy

Clicks Pharmacy in Monument Park Shopping center should not qualify as a pharmacy at all! They do not have a dispensary or even a pharmacist on duty to give advice! After specifically asking the gentleman who closed the door in my face 14:00 on 28/03/2020 what times they are open during lockdown I waited two hours after they said they would be open on 29/03/2020. Their excuse? They have supplements and OTC goods on the shelves which qualifies them as a pharmacy - Pick and Pay has those and they do not claim to be pharmacies!!! And they were "unpacking stock"that is why they were not open before 10:30 eventhough they told me they opened at 08:00. Now I can't get to another pharmacy today to get my husband's insulin (hence why I came during lockdown as he is immuno-compromised). None of the staff had masks or gloves and thinking about all the sick people that come in there for "medicine" that is a big oversight!
