I visited the pharmacy to refill my prescription and was informed that only 5 of the 6 repeats were loaded. The pharmacist explained that one repeat was forfeited because the prescription was allegedly submitted late. I was never informed of this policy or consequence, and had I been advised, I would have obtained a new script from my doctor to avoid this issue.

I raised my concern about the lack of communication, as this directly affects continuity of care and my ability to make informed decisions. Jivesh assured me verbally that the missing repeat would be reinstated, but there is no written confirmation, and the issue has still not been resolved. I have yet to receive confirmation that the full 6 repeats will be honoured.

This situation has caused unnecessary stress and uncer*****y, and I am seeking proper resolution and confirmation that the correct number of repeats will be provided.
