Clicks Northpark Pretoria North

This pharmacy at Northpark has got no contingencies in place for load shedding , they were unable to dispense medicine , they say they will phone me back as soon as my prescription has been sorted out , instead I had to phone them back , their customer service is pathetic and uncaring . In my view they should have dispensed a few pills for me as I have a profile with them , but the manager said he could only do that if he "knew me well" I am not sure how I am supposed to be "known by every pharmacist in the clicks group as they change locums and change pharmacists and assistants regularly , I am a customer and my medical aid has forced me to use Clicks , of my own choice I would rather use another pharmacy and I will suggest this to my medical aid , you cannot be in the profession of medical and helping people if you have no compassion , clicks will not see me again , eventually I was assisted by Dischem , even if I must pay cash I will not fall for the clicks joke again , I seriously cant understand how a big group like Clicks doesn't have generators in place and back up plans to be able to serve customers , rather stick to selling cosmetics and sandwich machines
