Clicks Northgate Nurse Fiona Lee

On the 1st of March my son had his 6months immunisation appointment at 1pm; which was booked by another nurse (black) on his 4th month appointment. The 1pm slot was specifically booked at that time because I am a working mom and my previous appointment was at the same time as well. We arrived 5min earlier with my nanny, and found the nurse unavailable. I went to the pharmacy to ask where she is, and I was told by one of the pharmacists that Sr nurse Fiona Lee was well aware that she had an appointment. So at this point we’re convinced that she just went to the kitchen quickly she will be back. 15min later, we are still waiting. I asked one of the Clicks employees to please find out where Fiona Lee is, only for the aisle the employee to return with an unexpected negative response from the nurse (you could tell how embarrassed the lady was to say it), that “she is on lunch so she says you must wait”. I humbly asked her to go back and let Fiona Lee know that we have an appointment and our time is running out. Nurse Fiona Lee came back fuming with rage, didn’t even greet and yelled, “we don’t take appointments at lunch so you must come back later! Why are you still here!?”. Caught off guard and undeniably offended by this level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect for patients from a supposed Sr nurse, I explained to her that this appointment was made by her colleague, but not once, not twice but more than 3 times, nurse Fiona Lee accused me of lying. I am not impressed by this nurse at all! She is disrespectful, distasteful, and clearly has no respect for her job either. Because of Sr Fiona Lee, I WILL NOT be returning to Clicks Northgate at any given point until she is removed from the clinic. At her senior age, she should know better!
