CLICKS NON EXISTING SERVICES

Apathetic and Pathetic My husband ordered online to avoid interaction with people due to Covid as he has Comorbidities. He bought a few item as a Guest on 11 Jan 21. The order was lost and the "cannot" find the transfered funds via his credit card0. He is being forced to go into the bank to get proof as it was a credit card payment. Why offer a GUEST sign up if you have No means of tracking it!!! Further when we tried calling the bank for the proof they want R30.00 for the statement
