Clicks no quality guarantee promise

As a seasoned gold club card member since 2010 with continued support. I was heavily disappointed with the clicks made for baby disposable nappies, as they leaked so bad. I raised the complaint early Dec 2019 and i was told id be given a feedback and to return the product. It's been over a month now and i had never received any feedback, im left with disposable nappies which are of bad quality with no Clicks quality promise as they proclaim to be. I regret not listening to a customer who warned me not to buy the clicks nappies but with the trust snf hope that they would meet their promise on their products. Im even more disgusted with the issue that no follow up or feedback given but im rather left with useless nappies. I usually bought Huggies Gold but i wanted a change and a cheaper price but that has cost me more than i could have imagine.
