Clicks no after sales service for their product

I bought a pressure cooker at click. my pressure release valve broke. when i enquired today they advised me that they do not sell the replacements part. how can you sell a product but not have an after sales service for the replacement parts. the manager at the Mall of Africa store was not very helpfull.
