Clicks Hillcrest an absolute waste of time. It's not the first time but every month you take the effort to call clicks pharmacy in advance to get your pre collection ready. When you get there you still in the queue for more than 20min! Is your system slow or is the people behind the counter doing it to sabotage your name. There is no open queue for customers to collect pre order collections and have to wait. The service is absolutely shocking and the workers at the pharmacy should look for a new job and make space for people that want to work.
