Clicks Nicolway and their aggressive stuff!

My husband went to Clicks in Nicolway, 4 minutes before they closed the door. From the lady security by the door to the medicine dispensary, everyone was hostile and unpleasant to him. He was there to get my flu medication that was prescribed for me for this bad flu. Anyway, the hostility and the aggression that he experienced is worth reporting on this platform. Customer service matters, ESPECIALLY in spaces where people have to get their medication. Now, being told that they have to go home and banging security gates on paying customers is another low. It's tasteless, and so unprofessional. If the stuff is complaining about how they want to go home, then the pharmacy must close early to accommodate their stuff instead of being treated like garbage by the stuff that wants to go home. He had to call me while I was asleep trying to recover from this bad flu because of how aggressive and hostile to him. He was ready to leave and not come back with my medication because they were saying that he is wasting their time, they want to go home. This is appalling, especially for an area like Bryanston to be experiencing such an inhospitable treatment.

What is more upsetting is that there was an older lady who was antagonistic and unfriendly - you would think that with experience come more knowledge for business and mature people skills. My husband did not get their names but he said that an older lady with dreadlocks was highly unfriendly and aggressive. The person who was kind and professional was a younger personel. I am unhappy, if Clicks Nicolway has a stuff that cannot give simple customer service for a paying customer, what must happen? This is the most ridiculous thing I have heard, that stuff rushed a customer because they want to go home, especially in an area like Bryanston. I am appalled! Do better Clicks Nicolway, do better!!
