Clicks newcastle mall

So at clicks on newcastle mall kzn I swiped things for the baby they said I didn't swipe its Jill not showing, so I printed a bank statement saying that I swiped so they decided u ended up swiping double. So now they don't want to refund me. I am very dissapointed
