Clicks new law

I walked in at Clicks Kyalami with my mothers prescription on the phone,i wanted a quote and the Pharmacist firstly says to me,i don't think we have this and he later on says where is it from? I said excuse me trying to understand his question,he then rephrased it and said where did you get the prescription from,i said from a doctor. He said doctor from where? I rep**** from Zimbabwe then immediately his face changed handing me over my phone back and he said to me its very unfortunately i cant help. I asked why? He said to me according to the law we are not allowed to sell medication from outside the Country. I said to him, firstly every time i buy her medication here and i have never had an problem. Secondly i wanted to know what the medication is for and how much? Thirdly, so my mum is not going to take her medication today because she came with a prescription from across boarder and i cant afford to take her to your Country doctor. He kept on insisting that its very unfortunate he cant do anything about it because it is the law? I then drove to the nearest Dischem and i got my mum's medication with no interrogation.
