Clicks needs to make a change

I ordered products from Clicks on-line a few times and every time there has been a problem with the courier service. The first time the package was open and one of my items was missing. Had to back order the missing item and waited 2 weeks until it arrived. The second and third time items were damaged and it took 5 days to arrive. The fourth time I had no problems. The fifth time my package took 8 days to arrive. Clicks states it will only take 1-3 days. I seriously suggest Clicks make use of a different courier service. This is just pathetic.
