Clicks nappies bad quality - nappies broken

I recently bought 3 x packs of the Clicks yellow nappies at the end of April. I came to the last pack and discovered that all the nappies had loose pieces all over and falling apart. They would tear when you tried to put them on.<br> I phoned the call centre listed on the pack who took my details and said they would get back to me but nobody has. it is coming up to almost 2 weeks now with no response.
