Clicks Namebrand is useless.

I Bought an Battery operated toothbrush of the Clicks brand from Clicks. The first one did not even last a week and then I had it returned and they informed me that I had to take the same one. Two weeks later it started to act out. It works for a few minutes and then when you put the toothbrush in your mouth then it stops working. i went back to clicks to return it, as i'm having never ending issues with this tooth brush and I wanted to purchase an different brand. They refuse to refund this item as they are saying that it works, when it clearly did not. I was a loyal customer at clicks with purchases monthly around +-R2000 -R3000. I would recommend anyone not to purchase an Clicks name brand product.
