For the first time since coming to N1 City pharmacy- handing in my perscriptions and collecting medicine- am I very dissapointed in the level of service I received.Today on the 4 May 2024,16h15 went to collect my medication.I was there in the last week of April 2024 and was told that I can only come in the first week of May as I already collected in the first week if April 2024.The lady told me that she will upload the script ( repeats for 6 months) and I can collect in the first week of May 2024.So I went to the Collection Tab on the machine. I didn't get the sms and I like my other uploaded medications I handed in at N1 City Clicks pharmacy, almost never get a sms and must go and see if my collection is ready.I get my sister's sms which means she is never alerted to collect her Tramacet pescription.So the lady at the pharmacy- not a permanent staff member- told me my collection is not ready as I didn't get a sms.I explained to her that I never get smses anymore so that why I am here.She then proceed to scold me and saying I must go back in line to pick the perscription tab.As I skipped all these people and she's not going to help.I told her no, I am not going back in the line and don't do things deliberately.I explained to her as mentioned in above and she looked at me like I am lying.What type of service is this and for her to think she can speak to customers like this is unbelievable.I asked if I could speak to the manager which I did but was told I must pick the correct tab but she is sorry on behalf of this lady.I told the manager I know exactly how the system works as I have come here for the longest time and have never done anything to skip a line or had problems.I am so irrated and appalled that phamacists have no customer services. I am also shocked that anyone can think if they speak to a, customer like this is not right.
