Clicks Musgrave refuse to refund me for a **** Omega 3 Centrum purchases

<p>On the 17th of June, I went to Clicks Musgrave to purchase Centrum Omega3 Supplement, before I could take the supplement the following day, my husband read the contents of the box (as a scientist he always reads all labels of medications we take), he discovered spelling error as well as grammar errors on the box, container as well as the leaflet, e.g. category was spelled “catergory” on the box. We were puzzled as this product is manufactured by Pfizer which is a big pharmaceutical company, that they can overlook such embarrassing spelling mistakes and grammar. The following day, I sent my husband to return the product as I could not trust its content, when he got to Clicks he was met by the manager by the name of Nokuthula, who told him he needs to deal with Pfizer and they cannot offer us a refund. I am not impressed with Clicks as I bought the product from Clicks and not Pfizer. I have dealt with so many retailers before who had no problem if I return an unsatisfactory product; they did not refer me to the manufacturer. Clicks should give me my refund and then take it up with their manufacturer. They contravened the Consumer Protection law.</p>
