Clicks Musgrave

<p>On the 13 June 2016 I bought iron from Clicks Musgrave and I only used it on the 27 June 2016. Upon using it I discovered that the iron was sticking to the clothes and immediately returned it . Skhumbuzo who is a manager at Clicks Musgrave did not seem interested by my complaint at all and said they can't take it back and it may happen that I put the iron on high when I was using it and since I have already used it they can't take it back, I tried to explain to him that I have been using Russell Hobbs for too long and I have never experience this therefore I am not satisfied with that iron but I was denied assistance. I ended up living the iron ther because I told him that I can't keep it either as I was unsatisfied with it. That means I lost my money which is R239 at Clicks without anyone caring.</p>
