Clicks Mtuba Mall ********** service

Today, I went to Clicks Mtuba Mall to collect a parcel. For one, the parcel was very heavy, as it was a Belecoo travel system. I was served by Mnqobi Hlabisa, when I enquired if I can be assisted with taking it to the car, I was told no, the trolley cannot leave the store. So I asked if any person in the store assist me, which I was told no. I was told I can fetch a trolley from Checkers and put the parcel in that trolley. I have recently given birth via c section and I cannot possibly carry a heavy parcel by myself. I had to carry a heavy parcel in that condition. I am absolutely disgusted by how I was treated in that store. It was horrific. Please do better.
