The staff are not managed, having a group session at the pay points and the till staff are really distracted and useless.

Maybe some time to get a proper manager in the place and orientate the staff towards customer service and get to understand that having a job is not something they are entitled to but in today's world more or less a privilege.

Really, the most useless Clicks in the province!!!
