Clicks - money pay back

Clicks Ermelo please be aware if they say you must pay twice if it does not go through after showing them it has gone though as it is protocol. Well due to protocol I have been waiting for more than a week to have my money paid back that was paid double 948.86 and when you follow up they say they will escalate it to the banking department my bank has already confirmed that it went through on the 3rd august already you get as far as the call center and that is it, I am beginning to wonder if that department exists or if they have people qualified enough to work there.
