Clicks middestad bad service

Yesterday on the 11 June 2020 I went to one of the clicks store at Pretoria CBD Clicks pharmacy middestad andwhen I get there, there were que confusing since it was my first time going to that shop I took a wrong very long que of which there was no indication or there was no person /any note that separate the ques in terms of medical or cash payment upon realising that that is also causing a confusing to us customers I went to tell the manager another arrogant man who said he was Ma Joko and instead of trying to solve the problem this person without any reason told me they are not going to find the solution to that problem which means new customers are gonna be treated with that bad service. I was so morosed by the managers attitude because as far as I understand in the running of a business, you always want to make your business serve better not arrogantly maintaining bad service.
