Clicks Meyerton - always disappoints

This is a slow and pathetic shop. My colleagues and I never use the clicks in Meyerton, because it's always a struggle. Unfortunately today I didn't have enough time to go somewhere else. I ordered medication Thursday morning, and was told that I will receive an SMS to pick it up within 4 hours, it's Monday today, still no sms. So I go to clicks, against my better judgment, and there I spend 40 minutes in the queue because they only have one single pharmacist on duty, so I left because I only get an hour lunch, which I wasted in line. When I left there were 11 people in the queue. I've lodged a complaint before, many of us have, and in no time you'll get an email, a phone call and even a Whatsapp from a company representative. So please, please don't contact me. Just improve the damn store.
