Clicks Metlife

Last week Saturday I wanted to quickly pop into Clicks Metlife Plaza to get 2 packs of wet wipes. I grabbed the 2 adjacent packs off the shelf, noticed they felt like they were a bit wet, but shrugged it off. I mean, they're called wet wipes and I was in a rush. I headed off to the till and when the smell hit me, realized that it was bleach. By that time my lovely black dress was ruined. (Because of course i would be wearing one of my favourite black dresses) I had tucked one pack under my arm to get my purse out of my bag. I headed to the manager to show them my dress. Not sure what i wanted them to do. But just acknowledge that somehow bleach got onto something it shouldn't have. There was nothing. The "manager" they called said she wasn't the actual manager. Took my details and said the real manager would call me on Monday. They didn't even bother to go and check. I then went and investigated and saw that someone had knocked over a bottle of Milton's on the very top shelf, which had leaked out onto the wipes. By 5PM Monday no one had called, so I called them. Flip man. Maybe I just need a free bottle of black fabric dye to sort my dress out. I was again told the manager was not available and would call me. I am still waiting...
