Clicks Menlyn Pharmacy Poor Service!

The pharmacist who helped me at Clicks Menlyn this week 08/05/2024 as well as the week prior whose name is Precious Mojapelo is very rude, arrogant and ***********! The service she renders is very poor and her attitude towards customers is absolutely unacceptable!

She deliberately gave me medication that was not in accordance to the prescription. She did this and I told her about it and she bluntly said she does not care! I proceeded to ask what should happen to me because my medication isn’t complete and she again repeated she doesn’t know and does not care. She made the whole situation seem like it was my fault whereas it’s her incompetence and ignorance.

She then arrogantly said she does not care if I report her, she said this as if this situation is was a joke! I was at Clicks Menlyn for an hour and more because the trashy service I got! Clicks Menlyn is playing with people’s lives and I would strongly recommend people to stay far away from them if you take your health seriously.
