Clicks (Menlyn Park)

I went to Clicks at the Menlyn Park Mall. I did a online click and collect. The lady in charge at the tills was helpful. She firstly called the staff member who does this job to come to the front, when that didn't work and he walked pass she had to scream (as they were busy and it was noisy) at him a few times that a customer was waiting. When that didn't work she had to physically go call him. He was a very friendly guy but extremely unprofessional. I waited initially for around 15 minutes to get him there and I waited another 10 minutes for him to fetch my parcel from the back. I chose this method of shopping so it could be fast; I could have easily waited in the ques with his delay. The worst part is while bringing my parcel to me he starts flirting with the woman standing close by and after a few minutes hands me the box without any acknowledgement. He didn't even look at me, he could have really been handing the box to anyone. Really unprofessional behavior. I will not use this method for collection at this Clicks again.
