Clicks Menlyn Mall

Hi, on Sunday 2021.11.21 I went to Menlyn Clicks Pharmacy, and I asked the guy assisting Tshepo how much the medication would cost as I needed to send feedback, he said R200, I get to the till and it's R89 or so, I then go back to him and ask why he ****, he then said no I gave you discount, I honestly found it *********, despite the fact that he and the other Lady Matshediso were chit chatting, and as I was paying I asked one of the manager where do I complain, a minute after leaving Tshepo calls me on my personal phone, I said to him I'm busy, he continued talking, and I repeated I am busy, he rudely said "no I'd have left BYE". If Menlyn Clicks cannot hire professional people or the least teach them work eticasy, it will cost you. Fact that he took my personal number to call me when I didn't even ask him to do so, nor did the manager, what about my other information, because I went back to check who gave authority. I am so not happy, even had to stop all my plans at the rate I was furious.
