Clicks- Medication less

Today I was at Clicks Sterkspruit hoping to get pain medication as I am suffering from serious migraines I waited 30 minutes till 12:35 from 12:09 feeling like my head will burst only for me to go to the loo which is on the other side of the mall and comeback at 12:42 to be told to start all the way at the back of the line because my number had passed and wait another 40 minutes. I am highly dissatisfied with your service I never knew that clicks can degrade to this level.
