Clicks Medical Aid Process

Good Day ,

I dont why Clicks Jubilee Mall needs my Original ID copy to assist A Member of my Medical Aid . Why dont they Use ORiginal Birth Certificate of the member ?It is irritating, i stay far from my kids and their Mother ort Guardian are the one who will buy meds for them , and i cannot give them my original ID copy.
