Clicks Mayville Customer Service Pathetic

I was at Clicks Mayville on 20.01.2019

I saw the special tag on the Clicks made 4 baby Dry protect Nappies Value Pack for 2 for R159.00. I took the Size 4 Clicks made 4 baby Dry protect Nappies - on the pack is written ''Bigger pack better value'' I came to the till and they said no it is not these nappies it is the smaller packs.

My question now is - where is it written on the packs that it is the Value pack ?? Im certain if you write on the pack Bigger pack better value'' it is the value pack ?

I sent an email 21.01.2019 - No response I sent an follow up email 23.01.2019 - No response

I get the automated response but no one actually comes back to me ???
